Restore Faith: Rebuilding Churches Affected by Fire

At least 11 churches in Southern California have been destroyed by fires, leaving thousands without a place to pray and find comfort. These churches were more than buildings—they were beacons of hope for their communities.
With the help of those who care, these sacred spaces can be rebuilt, restoring faith, hope, and strength to those in need

Pastor’s Words: A Community in Grief

– Rev. Carri Patterson Grindon, Rector of Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church

"It was incredibly devastating to see Saint Mark’s Episcopal Church in Altadena consumed by the fire. The building, which had stood since 1949, was a symbol of our community’s faith since 1906. Learning about the destruction through a photograph was heartbreaking, especially knowing the church was unprotected. My family and I evacuated the night before, when the fire had already reached our neighborhood."
